You can make your purchases with iRobot anywhere you are on the globe through its online site. iRobot allow purchases from most countriesbut to make sure it's available in your country, you should check on the FAQ of iRobot if it allows purchases from your country. more

No, iRobot does not accept debit or personal checks. iRobot accepts credit cards, Bill Me Later and Paypal. Aside from these, iRobot does not accept other payment options. Credit cards accepted are: Visa,MasterCard,Discover Card,American Express. Make sure that you enter your correct billing address so your payment will be able to processed successfully. more

iRobot.com offers several fast shipping options for the 48 contiguous states. They will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but there are fewer options and they take longer. They will also ship to U.S. owned territories, including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Shipping to Canada is also available, but no other international shipping destinations are listed. more

iRobot.com has a 30-day money back guarantee for its products. As well, certain items have limited warranties. For example, the Roomba 610 battery has a one-year warranty when sold with Roomba 610 and six-month warranty when sold separate from the Roomba 610. Limited warranties are only valid when products are purchased by authorized retailers within North America and used within North America. Yes, iRobot.com does accept PayPal as a secure payment method on its website. Select product of interest and then add to electronic shopping card. At the cart index page, choose the option to "Check out with PayPal" rather than "Proceed to Secure Checkout".  You are taken to the PayPal website to complete the payment information for the order. Please not that iRobot.com currently only ships to the United States and Canada. more
